When I really saw you I knew that I'd need you When I really saw you I knew that I'd always love you You Two as one, defies all reason Two as one, brightens everything Letting go of myself, I fell into you On the day when I really saw you When I really saw you I knew that I'd always love you You Two as one, defies all reason Two as one, enlightens everything Letting go of myself, I fell into you On the day when I really saw you

Tell You 06:26
I don't know how to tell you How grateful I am For holding back the dark And I know you'll never leave I don't know how to tell you About the void you fill in me How you show me everyday That I matter somehow I've got to tell you somehow I don't know how to tell you All the pain and hate And anguish around us You make it all go away I've got to tell you somehow How I live for you How I'd die for you I'd kill for you I live for you You're everything to me
3.
Waiting 04:20
It's a lonely place, the city Under its starless sky Alone while others find love And you're left asking why You feel you're always waiting As love passes you by No one to share your burden To dry the tears you cry You fill out questionnaires But who are you inside? Will you join me on this journey Or will you cast me aside? You feel you're always waiting As love passes you by No one to raise your soul up To a clear, unending sky
4.
Grey cat on the sill in the morning sun Brown cat's under the bed, scared of everyone Sunrays flashing through, warming up the room I wake up, amazed, next to you The garden's overgrown, but we sleep in late So many things to do, but they can all wait We're burning up the best years of our youth Doesn't matter now, because we live in truth Our time is now Nothing else to do Our time is now Nothing else but you I wish time would stop moving, I could just look at you So many things I want to say, but I guess you knew I'm not the kind to change the things that I need I'm always on your path if you will lead me on Our time is now Nothing else to do Our time is now Nothing else but you

6.
Night falls on the city The sun drips blood on the glass towers In our little room We sit together in silence And overhead the galaxies turn I look deep in your eyes And I see there to the edge of time Where our laws don't apply Where all is beautiful chaos And overhead the galaxies turn All around us is the void Stretching as far as the mind can reach Our little lives mean nothing But so much to each other And overhead the galaxies turn
7.
My Mother 05:18
Oh my mother, my guiding star You transcend all suffering Despite your pain You bring us joy If I could take it all away, I would But we can't turn back the years Let's walk on Hand in hand Let it all go, and laugh with me Oh my mother, it's been hard To see the blows take their toll Unbowed, never broken You are my light Let it all go, and laugh with me Let it all go, and cry with me Oh my mother, it's all right You know you'll always have my love In this life And what may come after Let it all go, and laugh with me Let it all go, and cry with me Let it all go, and smile with me Let it all go
8.
Sometimes you cry All your hurt is inside All the lost ones you miss Still so clear in your mind The face of the one you love Will never fade The joy and the pain Still remain Life is speeding up We can't stop for a breath Try to be here right now For all the ones we have left The face of the one you love Will never fade The joy and the pain Still remain So remember…
9.
Another Life 04:03
I know what it's like to leave dreams unfulfilled The light that burns within, so hard for us to show Will we be whole In another life Will we be home In another life How can we be heard, when quiet is our tone May our voices strengthen in our remaining years Will we be born In another life Can we move on To another life It's ours, not theirs, the wonder all around The beauty of this world is part of those who love it Will we be whole In another life Do we dare to hope For another life Will we be whole In another life Will we be home In another life
10.
My Love 06:36
It's all right, my love We know all things must end Please believe in me And I swear we can stop time My love Tears of loss could drown us As the ones we love depart Walk on this path with me And let's never, never forget My love Nothing ever dies Nothing ever ends It's all one

about

"Our Time Is Now" is Twilight Fields' third album of original songs. This album mainly deals lyrically with the importance of and our need for unconditional love to navigate life and loss in an increasingly chaotic world, whether it's love between partners, siblings, parent and child, or human and other beings and the natural world.

Musical influences include progressive rock, post-rock, and 80s and 90s British and Australian pop.

REVIEWS:
"Their lush vocals and breathtakingly beautiful soundscapes make for some of the most heartfelt music you will hear anywhere and their musicianship is virtually off the charts as each instrument lays perfectly in the mix … an album that's top notch from beginning to end."

Somewhat of a tranquil score, the track delivers a peacefulness found in love at first sight, letting the listener know that there are good things in life to not only look forward to but to savor when they are recognized."
