about

"All the Love I Can" was originally conceived as part of a Beach Boys cover ep of the song "All I Wanna Do" from the "Sunflower" album. When I dropped that idea half finished, I decided I still really liked one of the original compositions I had intended to include, "All the Love I Can", which emphasizes the theme of unconditional love of the original song.

The production pays homage to the wall of sound production style practised by Brian Wilson and Phil Spector.

"False Friend" is an old song redone in an ambient pop style and deals with the subject of betrayal.

"All the Love I Can" will also appear on the second Twilight Fields album (Spring 2016).

Track Name: False Friend
Some things when started cannot be stopped
On some roads taken you can never turn back
Time moves on, inexorably
I wish you'd thought about that
Before you turned away

Farewell to you, false friend
Maybe I'll see you at the end
When it's all over

Some deeds when done, they leave us cold
A lie once told, it kills a soul
Time makes fools of us all
But there is no greater fool
Than one who fades away

Farewell to you, false friend
Maybe I'll see you at the end
When it's all over

The bond of love is so easy to break
But you never learned that
Now it's too late

Farewell to you, false friend
Maybe I'll see you at the end
When it's all over

Maybe I'll see you when all is forgiven
Maybe we'll be absolved at the end
When it's all over
